Q: How do I become a Wynlife Independent Business Partner (IBP)?
A: You can become a Wynlife IBP by submitting a US$30 Membership fee and accumulating product volume (PV). You also need to complete and sign the following forms: (1) IBP Application/Agreement (2) Form W-9 (3) Product Order Form/Agreement when applying. Applicant must provide social security number, proof of residency, and a copy of the identification.
Q: What is the definition of Applicant #2? What responsibility and obligation does Applicant #2 have?
A: Applicant #2 has the privileges to participate all Wynlife’s training courses and activities as well as place orders on behalf of the primary IBP. The primary IBP will receive all bonus and is responsible to related tax obligations.
Q: Are there age restrictions to becoming a Wynlife IBP?
A:

A Wynlife IBP Applicant must be:

l  Of legal age in her/his state of residence (usually 18 years old), or

l  If a minor child (at least 16 years of age), her/his parent or legal guardian must co-sign the Wynlife IBP Application/Agreement.

Q: Are there restrictions to a spouse, co-inhabitant or direct family member of an IBP who also wishes to become a Wynlife IBP?
A: If a spouse, a co-habitant or a direct family member of an IBP wishes to become a Wynlife IBP, she/he must file a separate IBP Application/Agreement. Distributorship will be granted upon Wynlife’s approval. The spouse, a co-habitant or a direct family member of the Wynlife IBP must be placed in the existing IBP’s downline organization.
Q: Can I use a business entity to apply for a Wynlife IBP?
A:

A business entity has to meet all of the following conditions in order to become a Wynlife IBP:

l  IBP Application/Agreement must be complete with signatures of all participants in the business entity that is entering into the IBP Application/Agreement.

l  The business entity must have legal documents that contain the records of social security numbers and names of all principal officers (president, vice-president, and treasurer), members of the board of directors, and all shareholders.

l  The business entity must provide Wynlife with its Federal Employer’s Identification Number, resale permit number and all business documents requested by Wynlife for tax purposes.

 

Q: Do I have distributorship and sponsorship in the U.S. if I acquire my IBP status at the Wynlife Office in Taiwan?
A: YES. If you have completed and signed the International Distribution and Sponsorship Agreement, upon approval by Wynlife San Diego office, you will be able to sponsor new IBPs in the U.S. When this Agreement is accepted, the IBP is required to research and comply with all immigration, visa, employment, and registration requirements of the U.S. and its local jurisdictions prior to sponsoring or conducting independent Wynlife business in any form in the U.S.; in addition, she/he will discover and comply the U.S. Wynlife Policies and Procedures, as well as with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, tax requirements, and other due demands of the U.S. She/he will not sell or distribute any Wynlife products in the U.S. until she/he has discovered and complied with such laws and has entered the IBP Application/Agreement.
Q: Can I cancel my membership and distributorship after becoming a Wynlife IBP?
A:

YES. In order to cancel your distributorship and rescind the participation agreement you must complete an IBP Termination Form and submit it to the Company.

l  An IBP who submits an IBP Termination Form and a completed Return/Exchange Application Form to the Company within fourteen days of signing the IBP Application/Agreement shall receive payment for products and sales aids that are returned intact, unopened, unaltered, in saleable condition and suitable for restocking less shipping fees. Wynlife shall make the refund within 30 days after the IBP’s completion of all return procedures.

l  An IBP who submits an IBP Termination Form to the Company more than fourteen days after signing the IBP Application/Agreement may still terminate the IBP Application/Agreement and submit a completed Return/Exchange Application Form. The Company will accept for return only those products and sales aids that are intact, unopened, unaltered, in saleable condition and suitable for restocking. The Company will refund 90% of the original purchase price and deduct the bonuses paid, shipping fees and other related charges. Wynlife shall make the refund within 30 days after the IBP’s completion of all return procedures.

Q: Can an IBP transfer her/his ownership?
A:

YES. An IBP may transfer her/his ownership three months after becoming a Wynlife IBP. However, the following conditions must be fulfilled.

l An IBP’s distributorship can only be transferred to a spouse or a direct family member. Grantee will be able to keep both the IBP’s product volume (PV) and the IBP Level status. In addition, the IBP must provide a notarized proof of relationship in order for Wynlife to process the transferring request.

l The IBP Distributorship Transfer Agreement must be completed and submitted to Wynlife Healthcare, Inc. in person, by mail or fax. Grantee must also complete an IBP Application/Agreement along with all required documents.

l When an IBP is transferring an IBP distributorship from an individual to a business entity or vice versa, the IBP can keep both PV and the IBP Level status. In addition,

a)       The IBP must be the major shareholder of the business entity. A list of all shareholders in the business entity must also be submitted. (A major shareholder is defined as an individual who holds the right to vote in the business entity, or the share capital issued by the business entity, or the investment amount that exceeds 50% of the total stock issued by the business entity.)

b)       The IBP must complete an IBP Application/Agreement along with all required documents and the agreement of all shareholders in the business entity.
